  • Beef mince

  • Tomatoes pureed

  • Feta sheep cheese

  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Olive oil

  • Cinnamon

  • Paprika powder

Method

Step by step

    Chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil, brown mince crumbly.

    Add onions and garlic.

    Add pureed tomatoes, broth, paprika, cinnamon, oregano.

    Stir in kritharaki.

    Fill into a baking dish.

    Crumble feta on top.

    Bake at 180°C for about 30 min until pasta is tender.
