  • Vegetable broth
    200 ml
  • White wine
    30 ml
  • Onion

  • Butter

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil, sauté onions.

    Add rice, toast until glossy.

    Deglaze with white wine.

    Add hot broth and transfer to a baking dish.

    Bake covered at 180°C for about 25 min.

    Remove, stir in butter and Parmesan.

    Fold in herbs, adjust seasoning.
