- Pork mince50 g

- Bread roll 1 pc staleas needed
- Milk30 ml
- Eggs1 Stk
- Butter15 g
- Wheat flour10 g
- Beef broth100 ml
- Whipping cream50 ml
- Apple vinegar½ tbsp
- Allspice¼ tsp
- Lingonberries25 g
- Potatoes waxy200 g
- Iodized salt1 tsp

Step by step

Soak bread roll in milk, squeeze.

Finely chop onion.

Knead mince with bread roll, egg, onion, allspice and salt.

Form small balls from mixture.

Heat butter in a pan, fry balls all around 8 minutes.

Remove balls.

Sweat flour in the pan, deglaze with broth.

Add cream and soy sauce, simmer 5 minutes.

Briefly warm balls in sauce.

Serve with boiled potatoes and lingonberries.
