Method

Step by step

    Peel and coarsely grate kohlrabi and carrots.

    Grate apple and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Whisk yogurt with honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Combine everything.

    Finely chop herbs and fold in.
