  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Cumin

Method

Step by step

    Very finely chop onion and garlic.

    Finely chop parsley.

    Knead mince with all ingredients.

    Rest in the fridge for at least 30 min.

    Form flat oblong köfte.

    Fry in olive oil or on a grill.

    About 3–4 min per side.

    Serve with flatbread, salad and yogurt sauce.
