  • Onions

  • Garlic cloves

  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Mint
    1 bunch
  • Cumin
    ¼ tsp
  • Coriander seeds
    ¼ tsp
  • Paprika sweet
    ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 0.25 tsp ground
    as needed
  • Olive oil
    ½ tbsp
  • Food coloring orange
    1 pinch
  • Yogurt
    50 g
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Finely chop or grate onion and garlic.

    Finely chop parsley and mint.

    Combine lamb mince with onion, garlic, herbs and all spices.

    Knead vigorously by hand for 5 minutes until mixture becomes sticky.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Soak wooden skewers in water.

  7. 7

    Form mixture into long sausages around skewers.

    Heat grill or grill pan strongly.

    Grill kebabs 4 minutes per side until crispy outside and juicy inside.

    Serve with pita, yogurt and salad.
