  • Milk
    60 ml
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Wheat flour
    10 g
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Cube dried bread rolls into a bowl.

    Warm milk, pour over bread, let soak 15 minutes.

    Finely chop onion, sweat in butter until translucent and let cool.

    Finely chop parsley.

    Whisk eggs with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Add eggs, onion, parsley and flour to bread.

    Knead briefly into uniform mixture.

    Let rest 10 minutes, then form 4 dumplings with moist hands.

    Simmer in salted water 20 minutes (do not boil).

    Lift out with slotted spoon and serve.
