  • Cauliflower
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1,3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Paprika
    ¼ tsp
  • Cumin
    ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Plain yogurt
    25 g
  • Tahini
    ¾ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Divide cauliflower into florets.

    Finely chop garlic.

  3. 3

    Mix olive oil with garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.

    Toss cauliflower well in the spice oil.

  5. 5

    Spread on a baking tray with parchment.

  6. 6

    Roast at 200°C for about 30 min until golden, flip once.

  7. 7

    Whisk tahini with yogurt, lemon juice, salt and a little water into a sauce.

    Serve cauliflower with sauce and parsley.
