  • Chicken thighs
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    2 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    ¾ tbsp
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Rosemary
    3 sprigs
  • Thyme
    2 sprigs
  • Honey
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Wash chicken thighs, pat dry.

    Press garlic.

    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, honey, salt and pepper.

    Rub chicken with it.

    Marinate at least 30 min.

    Place on a baking tray, lay herbs alongside.

    Bake at 200°C for about 45–50 min until golden.

    Baste frequently with the roasting juices.
