- Ricotta25 g
- Sugar50 g
- Water40 ml
- Lime juice¼ tbsp
- Rose water¼ tbsp
- Orange blossom water¼ tsp
- Pistachios 10 g choppedas needed
- Food coloring orange1 pinch
Step by step

Reduce sugar, water and lime juice 10 minutes to syrup, perfume with rose water, cool.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Pull kataifi dough apart, mix well with melted butter and food coloring.

Press half of dough firmly into a baking dish.

Mix cheese and distribute evenly on top, leave edge free.

Distribute remaining dough on top, press down.

Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Pour cold syrup evenly over immediately out of oven.

Invert onto a platter.

Sprinkle with pistachios and serve warm.
