  • Bread rolls

  • Milk
    90 ml
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Sugar
    15 g
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Sour cherries can
    120 g
  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Slice bread rolls.

    Heat milk with sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Pour over rolls, soak 15 min.

    Separate eggs.

    Stir in egg yolks with melted butter.

    Whip egg whites stiff and fold in.

    Drain cherries and fold in.

    Fill mixture into a buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 180°C for about 30 min.
