  • Carrots
    50 g
  • Feta sheep cheese

  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Wheat flour

Method

Step by step

    Drain chickpeas and roughly puree in a blender.

    Finely grate carrots.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Crumble feta.

    Mix everything with flour, egg, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper.

    Form patties.

    Fry in oil 4 min per side until golden.
