  • Coconut milk

  • Tomatoes pureed

  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Ginger

  • Curry powder

  • Garam masala

  • Turmeric

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion, garlic, ginger.

    Heat olive oil, sauté onions.

    Toast garlic, ginger, curry powder, garam masala and turmeric.

    Add pureed tomatoes and coconut milk.

    Add chickpeas, simmer 15 min.

    Stir in spinach.
