- Iodized salt½ tsp
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
Step by step

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with sugar, let rise 10 minutes.

Add flour, salt, olive oil and 1 egg, knead smooth dough.

Let rise covered 60 minutes.

Finely grate cheese, mix with 1 egg.

Divide dough into 4 portions, roll out oval.

Place cheese in middle, form edges into boat shape, press ends together.

Preheat oven to 230°C.

Bake 12 minutes until edge is golden brown.

Take out of oven, crack 1 egg into middle of each, add a pat of butter.

Bake another 3 minutes until egg white is set, yolk should still be runny.
