  • Wheat flour

  • Fresh yeast
    2 g
  • Water
    30 ml
  • Olive oil
    ½ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
    10 g
  • Mozzarella
    10 g
  • Rosemary
    2 sprigs
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with sugar.

    Add flour, salt and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough.

    Let rise 1 hr.

    Knead in sun-dried tomatoes, olives and mozzarella.

    Fill into a loaf pan.

    Let rise another 20 min.

    Top with rosemary.

    Bake at 200°C for about 35 min.
