  • Almond flour

  • Flax seeds

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Baking powder

Method

Step by step

    Whisk quark, eggs, salt and baking powder thoroughly.

    Add almond flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame and pumpkin seeds.

    Knead everything into a firm dough.

    Let dough rest 10 min.

    Place into a greased loaf pan and smooth out.

    Sprinkle with extra seeds.

    Bake at 180°C for about 60 min.
