  • Cornstarch

Method

Step by step

    Knead shortcrust from flour, butter, 50 g sugar, egg, baking powder and salt.

    Chill 30 min.

    Roll out dough and line springform (base and rim).

  4. 4

    Whisk quark, remaining eggs, sugar, cream, starch, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.

    Fill mixture into the pan.

  6. 6

    Bake at 175°C for about 55–60 min.

    Let cool in the switched-off oven.

    Dust with powdered sugar.
