- Baking powder¼ tsp

- Vanilla extract¼ tsp

Step by step

Preheat oven to 180°C, grease springform pan (26 cm).

Quickly knead shortcrust from flour, baking powder, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, 100 g butter and salt, chill 30 minutes.

Roll out dough and line bottom and sides of pan.

Whisk quark with remaining sugar, 4 eggs, vanilla pudding, cream, melted butter, vanilla and lime juice until smooth.

Pour quark mixture onto dough.

Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.

If surface browns too quickly, cover with foil.

Let cool in turned-off oven with door slightly open.

Remove from pan when fully cold.
