Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 175°C, grease springform pan (26 cm).

    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

    Stir in oil and vanilla.

    Stir in flour mixture.

    Fold in carrots and chopped walnuts.

    Pour batter into pan.

    Bake 45-50 minutes, do toothpick test.

    Let cake cool completely.

    Cream cream cheese with soft butter, powdered sugar and lime juice, spread on cake, garnish with walnuts.
