- ButterOr: Margarine10 g

- Baking powder¼ tsp

Method
Step by step

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan.

Mash bananas with a fork.

Cream soft butter with sugar.

Stir in eggs one at a time, then bananas and vanilla extract.

Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Fold flour into wet mixture, stir in walnuts.

Pour batter into pan.

Bake 55–60 minutes, do toothpick test.
