  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Grated cheese

  • Ham
    25 g
  • Onion

  • Butter

Step by step

    Roll out croissant dough and line a quiche pan.

    Finely chop onion, sauté in butter.

    Cube ham.

    Whisk eggs with cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Distribute ham, onion and cheese onto the dough.

    Pour egg-cream mixture over.

    Bake at 180°C for about 25–30 min.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
