  • Potatoes waxy
    200 g
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Peel and coarsely grate potatoes.

    Squeeze firmly in a cloth.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Heat butter in a non-stick pan.

    Add grated potatoes, flatten.

    Fry over medium heat for about 12 min until golden.

    Flip and fry another 10 min.

    Cut into pieces and serve.
