  • Potatoes floury
    ¼ kg
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Wheat flour
    1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil 30 ml for frying
    as needed
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Apple sauce 75 g for serving
    as needed
Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes and grate finely.

    Grate onion finely too.

    Place grated potatoes and onion in a clean cloth and squeeze out liquid firmly.

    Whisk with eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Heat plenty of oil in a pan.

    Place spoonfuls into oil and flatten.

    Fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

    Briefly drain on paper towels.

  9. 9

    Serve immediately hot with apple sauce.
