Step by step

    Cube potatoes and pre-cook. Cook pasta al dente.

    Cube ham, chop onion.

    Heat butter, sweat onion, add ham.

    Pour in cream, let reduce, season.

    Place potatoes, pasta and peas in a baking dish.

    Pour sauce over, sprinkle with cheese.

    Gratinate at 200°C for about 20 min.
