- Wheat flour¾ tbsp
- Cornstarch½ tbsp

- Salt¼ tsp
- Nutmeg1 pinch
- Breadcrumbs15 g
- Thyme¼ tsp
- Broth30 ml

Step by step

Cook potatoes, let steam off, press through a ricer.

Let cool.

Add flour, starch, egg, salt and nutmeg and combine well.

Form dumplings from the mixture.
