  • Potatoes floury
    ¼ kg
  • Wheat flour
    ¾ tbsp
  • Cornstarch
    ½ tbsp
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Breadcrumbs
    15 g
  • Thyme
    ¼ tsp
  • Broth
    30 ml
Method

Step by step

    Cook potatoes, let steam off, press through a ricer.

    Let cool.

    Add flour, starch, egg, salt and nutmeg and combine well.

    Form dumplings from the mixture.

    Steep in simmering salted water for about 20 min.

    Toast breadcrumbs in butter until golden.

  7. 7

    Lift out dumplings and sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
