  • Grated cheese

Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes and shave into thin slices.

    Chop onions and garlic, brown mince.

    Add onions and garlic, fry along.

    Deglaze with pureed tomatoes, season with paprika and oregano.

    Grease a baking dish, layer in potato slices.

    Spread mince sauce over.

    Pour cream over, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 50 min.
