Step by step

    Slice potatoes and pre-cook.

    Slice zucchini.

    Chop onion and garlic.

    Sauté zucchini in olive oil.

    Layer potatoes and zucchini alternately.

    Season cream with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic and pour over.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min.
