  • Potatoes waxy
    200 g
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Rosemary
    2 sprigs
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Wash potatoes and cut into wedges (skin on).

    Mix olive oil with paprika powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Toss potatoes in it.

    Spread on a baking tray.

    Lay rosemary sprigs alongside.

    Bake at 220°C for about 30 min, flip once.
