  • Chicken thighs

  • Potatoes waxy
    200 g
  • Olive oil
    1,3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves

  • Oregano
    ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder

Step by step

    Wash chicken thighs, pat dry.

    Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.

    Whisk a marinade from olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Combine chicken and potatoes with the marinade.

    Spread on a baking tray, pour in broth.

    Bake at 200°C for about 55 min, flip occasionally.
