  • Cream

  • Milk

  • Cheddar

  • Parmesan

Method

Step by step

    Cut cauliflower into florets, cook macaroni al dente in salted water.

    Heat cream and milk, melt cheddar in it.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Place macaroni and cauliflower in a baking dish, pour cheese sauce over.

    Crumble salt crackers, mix with Parmesan and melted butter.

    Sprinkle crumbs over the casserole.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.
