  • Potatoes waxy

  • Zucchini

  • Bell pepper

  • Onion

  • Tomatoes
    75 g
  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Grated cheese

  • Olive oil

Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes and slice, pre-cook.

    Slice zucchini, bell pepper, onions and tomatoes.

    Chop garlic.

    Layer vegetables alternately with potatoes in a baking dish.

    Season cream with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic and pour over.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 40 min.
