Step by step

    Cut potatoes and cauliflower into pieces, cook al dente separately in salted water.

    Melt butter, sweat flour.

    Cook a béchamel sauce with milk and cream.

    Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.

    Layer potatoes and cauliflower in a baking dish.
