  • Olive oil

  • Garlic cloves

  • Lemon juice

Method

Step by step

    Pat cod fillet dry, divide into portions.

    Lightly season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Fry fish over medium heat 3–4 min per side.

    Finely chop garlic, add toward the end.

    Add butter and capers.

    Drizzle with lemon juice.

    Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
