Step by step

Peel rhubarb and cut into small pieces.

Wash strawberries, hull and halve.

Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Stir in oil and yogurt.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and fold in.

Fill batter into a springform pan.

Distribute rhubarb and strawberries on top.

Bake at 175°C for about 45 min.
