  • Plain yogurt
    20 g
  • Sugar
    15 g
  • Eggs

  • Vegetable oil
    8 ml
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Lemon zest
    ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

    Stir in oil, yogurt, lemon juice and lemon zest.

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt and fold in.

    Fill batter into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 175°C for about 40 min.

    Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice into a glaze and pour over the still-warm cake.
