Step by step

Salt schnitzel, pepper and dredge in flour.

Heat oil in a pan, fry schnitzel 3-4 minutes per side until golden, remove, keep warm.

Render bacon crispy in the pan.

Slice mushrooms, add finely chopped shallots, fry everything 5 minutes.
