  • Sage fresh
    2 leaves
  • Butter

  • Olive oil

  • White wine dry

  • Chicken broth
    30 ml
  • Wheat flour

Method

Step by step

    Slice chicken breast horizontally and flatten.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Place 2 slices of ham on each fillet.

    Cut mozzarella into strips and place with sage on top.

    Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks.

    Lightly dredge rolls in flour.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, add pressed garlic.

    Brown rolls all around for 5 minutes.

    Deglaze with wine and broth, braise covered 15 minutes.
