- Soup vegetables1 bunch
- Carrots1 Stk
- Leek1 stalk
- Celery stalk1 stalk
- Onions1 Stk
- Bay leaves1 Stk
- Peppercorns1 Stk
- Soup noodles15 g
- Parsley1 bunch

Method
Step by step

Place chicken in a large pot, cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil, skim.

Clean soup vegetables, dice carrots and celery, slice leek.

Toast halved unpeeled onion in a dry pan (gives color).

Add vegetables, onion, bay, peppercorns and salt to the pot.

Simmer gently 90 minutes.

Remove chicken, strain broth through sieve.

Pull chicken meat from bones into pieces.

Cook fresh carrot slices in the broth, add noodles and cook.

Add chicken meat, serve sprinkled with parsley.
