  • Chicken breast
    150 g
  • Peas frozen
    50 g
  • Mushrooms white
    50 g
  • White asparagus
    50 g
  • Broth
    200 ml
  • Cream
    40 ml
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Wheat flour
    10 g
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Cook chicken breast in broth for about 20 min.

    Remove, let cool and cube.

    Reserve broth.

    Melt butter, stir in flour and briefly sweat.

    Gradually add broth and bring to a boil while stirring.

    Add cream, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.

    Add chicken, peas, mushrooms and asparagus to the sauce.

    Simmer gently 5–8 min.

    Serve with chopped parsley and rice.
