  • Cream cheese

  • Wheat flour
    20 g
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Hazelnut kernels
    5 g
  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Eggs

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Knead cream cheese, butter and flour with baking powder and salt into a dough.

    Chill 1 hr.

    Finely grind hazelnuts, mix with sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll out dough and cut into triangles.

    Place a little hazelnut filling on the wide side.

    Roll up into crescents.

    Brush with egg.

    Bake at 180°C for about 20 min.

    Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
