  • Wheat flour

  • Plain yogurt
    20 g
  • Raspberries
    30 g
  • Sugar
    15 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Vegetable oil
    10 ml
  • Baking powder

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

    Stir in oil and yogurt.

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt and fold in.

    Fill batter into a greased springform pan.

  5. 5

    Distribute raspberries evenly on top, lightly press in.

    Bake at 175°C for about 35–40 min.

    Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
