  • Potatoes waxy
    ¼ kg
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Cream
    10 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Pepper

Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook soft in salted water.

    Drain and let steam off.

    Press potatoes through a ricer.

    Stir in butter, egg yolk and cream.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Fill mixture into a piping bag with a star tip.

    Pipe rosettes onto a baking tray.

    Bake at 200°C for about 20 min until golden.
