  • Wheat flour

  • Butter
    5 g
  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Dark chocolate

Method

Step by step

    Cream butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Stir in egg.

    Add flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough.

    Wrap dough in plastic film and chill 30 min.

    Roll out dough on a floured surface about 4 mm thick.

    Cut out heart-shaped cookies.

    Bake at 170°C for about 10–12 min until golden.

    Once cooled, dip in melted chocolate or decorate with icing and sprinkles.
