Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C, grease a springform pan.

    Cream soft butter with sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Stir in eggs one by one.

    Stir in yogurt and lemon zest.

    Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.

    Lightly dust blueberries with flour (prevents sinking), fold into the batter.

    Fill batter into the pan.

    Bake at 180°C for about 50–55 min, do a toothpick test.

    Let cool, dust with powdered sugar.
