- Wheat flour20 g
- Sugar15 g
- Butter15 g

- Vanilla sugar1 Pck
- Lime juice¼ tbsp
- Powdered sugar¼ tbsp

Step by step

Preheat oven to 180°C, grease springform pan.

Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Stir in eggs one at a time, then incorporate yogurt.

Mix flour with baking powder and salt and fold in.

Dust blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (prevents sinking) and carefully fold in.

Pour batter into pan and smooth.

Bake 40–45 minutes, do toothpick test.
