- Olive oil1,3 tbsp
- Butter15 g
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Rosemary2 sprigs
- Thyme2 sprigs
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Parmesan15 g
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
Step by step

Wash and peel potatoes.

Frame with two wooden spoons left and right of the potato.

Cut into thin slices with a sharp knife without cutting all the way through.

Finely chop garlic.

Mix olive oil with melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika.

Place potatoes on a baking tray.

Brush generously with half the butter mixture, also into the slits.

Tuck rosemary and thyme between the slits.

Bake at 200°C for about 50 min, brush again after 25 min.

Sprinkle with Parmesan, bake another 5 min.
