  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice

  • Honey
    ¼ tbsp
  • Oregano dried
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

  • WatermelonOr: Honeydew melon

Method

Step by step

    Cut halloumi into 1 cm thick slices and pat dry.

    Cube watermelon, remove seeds.

    Whisk olive oil with lime juice, honey, oregano and pepper into vinaigrette.

    Heat pan strongly without oil.

    Fry halloumi 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

    Arrange watermelon on plates.

    Place halloumi on top.

    Drizzle with vinaigrette and garnish with mint.
