  • Cornflakes
    50 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Wheat flour
    20 g
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Butter

  • Lemon

  • Parsley

Method

Step by step

    Pound chicken breast flat.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Roughly crush cornflakes in a bag.

    Finely chop garlic and add to the cornflakes.

    Set out flour, beaten eggs and cornflakes on plates.

    Bread schnitzel in flour, egg and cornflakes, press well.

    Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan.

    Fry schnitzel 4 min per side until golden.

    Serve with lemon and parsley.
