  • Garlic cloves

  • Olive oil

  • Rosemary

Method

Step by step

    Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Heat olive oil in a roasting pan, sear thighs all over until golden.

    Add garlic cloves unpeeled.

    Add butter, rosemary and thyme.

  5. 5

    Deglaze with broth and lemon juice.

    Braise in oven at 180°C for about 40 min.

    Serve drizzled with the roasting juices.
