  • Chicken thighs
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Honey
    ½ tbsp
  • Mustard
    ½ tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    ½ tbsp
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Thyme
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Finely chop or press garlic.

    Whisk marinade from olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.

    Rub thighs with it, let steep at least 30 min.

    Place on a tray with parchment.

    Bake at 200°C for about 45 min until crispy.

    Brush with marinade once after 25 min.

  7. 7

    Rest 5 min before serving.
